In 2025, floods struck several areas on the island of Sumatra, causing significant impacts on the social, economic, and environmental conditions of local communities, including the regions where two HIPro hotel units—Truntum Padang and Khas Parapat—are located. This CSR program was implemented as a form of the company’s care and social responsibility in supporting disaster response and post-disaster recovery efforts, alleviating the burden on affected communities, and strengthening harmonious relationships between the company and its surrounding environment, in line with the company’s commitment to sustainability principles and the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) values.
